As Co-Founder and UX/UI Architect, Robert plays a pivotal role in building advanced solutions to combat double broker fraud, cargo theft, and supply chain inefficiencies. His expertise in user experience and interface design ensures that CargoGuard’s platform is both intuitive and impactful, giving freight brokers, shippers, and carriers the tools they need to operate securely and confidently.
Robert’s background spans over 20 years working directly within asset-based trucking and third-party logistics environments. He witnessed firsthand how double brokering scams and cargo theft devastated brokers and shippers who had no reliable way to verify carriers or monitor loads in real time. That experience became the driving force behind CargoGuard’s platform design — every feature is built around the specific pain points Robert and his team encountered in the field.

Ravi Bhim is among the founding CargoGuard founders — a seasoned senior industry advisor, entrepreneur, and startup leader with over 24 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, and scaling innovative ventures. Ravi holds a Master of Applied Science in Transportation Engineering from Ryerson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng). His career spans freeway systems, bridges, transit infrastructure, and billion-dollar capital programs across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean — expertise that directly shapes CargoGuard’s growth and double brokering prevention strategy.
Ravi brings a rare combination of engineering precision and entrepreneurial vision to CargoGuard. His deep understanding of large-scale infrastructure systems translates directly into how the platform is architected — built to handle the complexity and volume demands of modern freight operations while remaining reliable, scalable, and secure. As Chief Growth Strategist, he leads CargoGuard’s expansion into new markets and partnership development across North America.
