Group Product Manager, Carrier & Shipper Platform

About the Role
CargoGuard is one of the few platforms built for brokers, shippers, and carriers at the same time. As Group Product Manager for our Carrier & Shipper Platform, you will own the strategy and roadmap for two of our three core user groups, from the driver app in the cab to the shipper dashboard in the corporate office, and lead a team of product managers delivering it.
What You Will Do
- Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the carrier and shipper product lines
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of product managers
- Spend time in the field with drivers, dispatchers, and shipping managers to understand real workflows
- Drive adoption, retention, and revenue metrics across both platforms
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success on launches and pricing
- Balance security requirements with a frictionless experience for busy drivers
What We Require
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA strongly preferred
- Proven record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products to significant ARR
- Experience owning both mobile and web products in multi-sided platforms or marketplaces
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, data platforms, and integrations
- Rigorous, data-driven decision making backed by strong customer empathy
- Executive presence and the ability to align stakeholders across the company
What Sets You Apart
- Product leadership at a logistics, TMS, telematics, or freight marketplace company
- Experience building products for frontline or mobile-first workers
- Took a product from zero to one and then scaled it
