Senior Product Designer, Logistics Workflows

About the Role
A driver verifying their identity at a dock at 3 a.m. A broker juggling 200 loads. A security team triaging a fraud alert. As Senior Product Designer for Logistics Workflows, you will design experiences that make security effortless for every one of them, across mobile apps, dashboards, and alerting tools.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end design for complex, data-dense logistics workflows on web and mobile
- Conduct field research with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and shippers
- Evolve and scale the CargoGuard design system
- Design real-time maps, alerts, and timelines that surface risk at a glance
- Prototype rapidly and validate with usability testing and product analytics
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers from concept to launch
What We Require
- 7+ years of product design experience on complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building and maintaining design systems
- Experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Deep experience with data visualization, dashboards, and map-based interfaces
- Strong user research skills, including field and contextual inquiry
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2)

- Front-end prototyping skills in HTML, CSS, or React
- Designed products used by frontline workers in demanding environments
