During Transit: Follow Reported Location Updates

CargoGuard uses five-second GPS pings to support shipment tracking. Read the update time alongside the reported position. Tracking follows location information from the device; it does not independently establish cargo condition, ownership, or who has custody at every moment.

Arrival, departure, delivery, delay, and potential GPS-manipulation alerts give staff events to review. CargoGuard supports email and SMS alerts, custom escalation rules, device-change detection, and automatic notifications to shippers or customers. Pickup photos, shipment events, and delivery documents can support follow-up when a customer asks what happened. Check that documents belong to the correct load and record missing information.
