Robert Enfield focuses on the freight workflow and user experience. Ravi Bhim brings engineering and growth planning. John Knight contributes business and corporate direction. Ali Ahmed leads technology development and platform architecture. Robert L. Enfield
CEO
Robert Enfield brings experience in trucking operations and third-party logistics to his role as CEO. He focuses on how freight teams use CargoGuard to review driver information, follow shipments, and organize the records associated with a load.
His background in asset-based trucking and freight agency work informs the platform’s user experience and interface design. His work centers on making the steps involved in pickup review, shipment monitoring, and document collection clear for brokers, 3PLs, shippers, and drivers.
Ravi Bhim, M.A.Sc., P.Eng
President
Ravi Bhim brings a background in engineering, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship to CargoGuard. He holds a Master of Applied Science in Transportation Engineering from Ryerson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng). His experience includes freeway systems, bridges, transit infrastructure, and capital programs.
As President, Ravi focuses on business development, growth planning, and partnership opportunities. He brings an engineering perspective to evaluating requirements and planning how the company can develop.
John Knight
COO
John Knight’s background spans management, operations, sales, marketing, and financial leadership. As COO, he contributes to CargoGuard’s business direction and the relationships needed to develop the company.
John focuses on connecting the company’s goals with the needs of freight brokers, 3PLs, and shippers. His role includes exploring business opportunities and helping communicate how CargoGuard’s tools can support shipment review and follow-up.
Ali Ahmed
CTO
Ali Ahmed brings enterprise technology experience in business applications, IT infrastructure, system architecture, and software development. His background includes work across banking, microfinance, and social development, along with founding MFSYS Technologies.

How the Founders Connect to the Product
CargoGuard is being developed around the intersection of freight operations and software. The founders’ roles span the operating workflow, growth and partnerships, corporate direction, and technical architecture.
